摘要:针对智轨电车空气制动系统、空气悬架系统、受电弓等耗风系统的供风需求,设计了一种模块式风源系统。风源系统主要包括动车机组模块、拖车机组模块等,通过增减机组模块数量,可实现灵活编组的智轨电车供风需求,并通过建立的整车风缸容量、空压机供风时间等计算公式,进行实际供风需求下系统关键部件的选型。通过在三编组智轨电车上装车应用,结果表明风源系统满足整车性能要求。

0 引言
智轨电车是一种全新的虚拟轨道交通车辆,具有能够双向行驶、多节编组的特点[1]。智轨电车配置了空气制动系统、空气悬架系统、空气作动受电弓、空簧司机座椅等大量用气系统及设备,其中最关键的是空气制动系统,如果制动系统存在隐患,则会对车辆的运行安全构成严重威胁[2-4]。空气制动系统的实施主要依赖压缩空气完成,所需压缩空气由风源系统提供,因此为整车提供一个功能齐全、性能稳定、安全可靠的风源系统至关重要[5-7]。
1 总体设计
风源系统由动车机组模块、拖车机组模块组成,动车机组模块布置于智轨电车首车和尾车,拖车机组模块布置于智轨电车的中间编组车辆,动车机组模块与拖车机组模块通过铰接系统连接。多节编组时,首车(第一节车辆)和尾车(第N节车辆)分别配置一套动车机组模块,每节拖车均配置一套拖车机组模块,如下图所示。

本文以智轨电车三节编组展开研究,第一节车辆配置一套动车机组模块,第三节车辆配置一套动车机组模块,第二节车辆配置一套拖车机组模块。第一节车辆的动车机组模块与第二节车辆的拖车机组模块通过主管路相连,第二节车辆的拖车机组模块与第三节车辆的动车机组模块通过主管路相连,下图为三节编组配置情况。

1.1 机组模块设计
如图2所示,动车机组模块由空气压缩机组、冷凝器、卸压电磁阀、空气干燥器、四回路保护阀、储能风缸、外充快速接头、压力传感器组成,其中空气压缩机组、冷凝器、卸压电磁阀、空气干燥器、四回路保护阀、储能风缸通过管路连接,外充快速接头与四回路阀通过管路连接。中间车机组模块包括有四回路保护阀、储能风缸,四回路保护阀、储能风缸通过管路连接。
其中,空压机可生产一定压力的压缩空气,排气压力达1MPa,满足系统要求即可;空压机设计了温控开关,温控开关可以连接到空压机启停的控制回路,设计逻辑电路防止空压机温度过高。通过设计增加冷凝器,在干燥器之前用铜管布置并串联冷凝器装置,可提升空压机管路冷凝排水性能,减少进入气路系统中的含水量。通过设计增加干燥器可对由空压机来的压缩空气进行干燥,清洁;空气干燥器在工作过程中可根据后端压力的大小发送高低电平信号作为空气压缩机组的启停机信号。通过在主风管设计压力传感器输出模拟量信号作为空气压缩机组的启停机备用信号、压力低报警信号、仪表显示信号。
风源系统管路布置中设置安全阀,可起到气压过载保护的效果,临界气压值设置为1.2MPa,并可进行调整。采用风缸储存压缩空气,根据制动系统、悬架系统、受流系统、司机座椅等系统的风缸容量需求输入确定风缸容积。风源系统通过在首车、尾车设置外接气源用的快插接头,系统内部出现无法打气时,外部气源设备可通过快插接头给车辆供气。
空压机非正常模式启停机时,设置报警提示。车辆两端车各匹配一台空压机,在供风管路的中间采用并联接法进行连接,当单台设备故障时,另一设备应能提供稳定持续的风源输出,可保证车辆整车运行的功能。
1.2 关键零部件设计
1.2.1 空压机设计计算
智轨车辆设计起步风压为600kPa,匹配两台空风压缩机,理论计算单个空压机的临界排量如下:

因此,理论上空压机排量大于0.1575 m3/min,便能满足风缸风压从零开始到起步风压充气时间在8 min之内。考虑泵风效率和漏气等,且为了缩短泵风时间,本次空压机选用0.35 m3/min排量,额定效率为85%。

车辆设计空压机停机压力为900 kPa车辆,空压机启机压力为700 kPa,车辆运行时单次补泵风时间计算如下:

按照上述公式,根据制动系统、悬架系统等用风系统的输入,计算各容积如下表所示:

其中,制动系统用气量为300L,悬架系统用气量为120L,受流系统用气量为2.24L,单个司机座椅用气量为2L。综上,可以忽略受流系统和司机座椅用气量,预计匹配420 L风缸容积。
2 实车应用
通过在三编组智轨电车上装车应用,风源系统的供风压力能达到到1MPa以上,初次起步泵风时从零到起步气压的供风时间能控制在8min中之内,消耗补风时从空压机启机到停机的补风时间能控制在2min中之内。风源系统稳定运行,基本满足整车性能要求。
3 结语
1)设计了风源系统包括动车机组模块、拖车机组模块等,可通过增减机组模块数量,可实现灵活编组的智轨电车供风需求。
2)建立了整车风缸容量、空压机供风时间、风缸强度等计算公式,可进行实际供风需求下系统关键部件的选型。
3)车辆配置的动车机组模块、安全阀、外充快速接头以及空压机启停管理模式等设计冗余,可提高风源系统的可靠性,后续可通过跟踪车辆进一步进行可靠性统计分析。
