浅谈高三教学中高考书面表达之邀请信“句式套用”

邀请信包括讲座、学术会、宴会、舞会、晚餐、婚礼等各种邀请信件。要求叙事一定要清楚、明白，要写清楚三个方面的内容：1、邀请对方参加活动的具体内容、时间和地点。2、邀请对方的原因。3、期待对方接受邀请。

        教学过程中，经常使用的语块如下：
        1，邀请某人做某事：invite sb to do sth
        2，代表某人：on behalf of sb
        3，为了做某事：in order to do sth/ aiming to do sth
        4，计划/打算做某事：plan to do/intend to do sth
        5，拓展某人的视野：broaden one’s horizons/widen one’s view
        6，丰富某人的生活：enrich one’s life/make sb’s life colorful
        7，接受/考虑某人的邀请：accept one’s invitation/take one’s invitation into consideration
        8，玩得开心：have fun/have a good time/enjoy oneself/have a great time
        9，在学校会议厅：in the school meeting hall/lecture hall
        10, 渴望你的到来：long for your coming/look forward to your coming
        11, 学生会：the students’ union
        12, 参加聚会：participate in/take part in/join in
        13, 给某人留下深刻印象：leave a deep impression on sb
        14, 有信心：have the confidence that
        15, 将会有很多的活动：there will be many/a great mumber of/various activities
        16, 这是关于这次活动的简要日程表：here is a brief schedule concerning/in terms of the activity, which is so exciting and amazing
        17, 方便时，请告知：please let me know…at your convenience
        教学过程中，让学生快速进行上述语块的头脑风暴，对接下来句式写作奠定了语块基础。至少在当堂限时训练写作时，学生能够学会套用上述语块。例如，作为学生会的代表，我写信邀请你参加这次活动。学生进行写作时，往往逐字翻译，体现汉语式英语。如果教师选择句式套用教学，学生慢慢掌握了写作规律。比如，这句就可以写成：on behalf of the students’union, I’m writing to invite you to participate in the activity.又比如，我真诚地希望你能接受/考虑我们的邀请。这句可以引导学生套用语块进行写作：I sincerely hope that you can accept our invitation. or I strongly wish that you can take our invitation into consideration.再比如，邀请参加活动，中间段落的开头写作也可以运用套用句式进行，here is a brief schedule concerning the activity, which is amazing and exciting. Firstly, … secondly, …finally, ….最后，在结尾段中常常用到这样句式的英语写作：方便的时候告知我你的决定，这句我们也可以教导学生使用上述的套用句式，please let me know your decision at your convenience.
        总之，在应用文体写作中，多让学生积累常用语块的素材，多让学生进行套用句式的仿写，相信能帮助学生较从容地面对应用文写作。
