摘要:在传统输变电设备除冰过程中,受到技术和资金的影响,除冰人员需要耗费大量的时间和精力,不仅除冰效果不理想,而且增加实际的人力成本和资金成本。因此,本文主要研究了一种新型的输变电设备除冰装置。整体结构包括车架、行车轮、伸缩杆、驱动控制机构、绝缘杆以及清理机构。根据实际应用的效果,这种除冰装置降低了人工耗费,提升了除冰的效率与精度,实现了自动化除冰与初雪,保证了输变电设备运行安全。

在寒冷的冬季,经常出现降雪天气,在强降雪的前提下,雪就会附着在电线和表箱等电力设备上。在电力设备的运行过程中,会产生一定的热量,积雪会产生一定程度的融化,再加上外界的低温,电力设备就会出现覆冰问题,或者在冰融化过程中,导致电力设备短路,产生严重的安全事故,比如烧毁电力设备,诱发大面积停电问题。因此,电力设备维护人员需要结合实际情况,做好电力设备除冰问题。但是传统的除冰技术方式非常落后,需要耗费大量的人力物力和财力,并且除冰效果不理想,直接影响了电力设备的正常运行。因此,本文主要结合电力设备除冰技术问题展开论述,并且提出相应的解决对策和建议。
一、电力设备新型除冰装置分析
在本装置中,主要改变了传统的人工器具除冰方式,进一步节省工作人员体力,降低劳动强度,提升除冰的效果。为了实现以上目标,除冰人员可以采用新型的除冰装置。整体结构包括车架、行车轮、伸缩杆、驱动控制机构、绝缘杆以及清理机构等。根据实际除冰的效果来看,主要利用冲击头和气动往复式除冰锤进行除冰。清理机构包括绝缘杆的上端固定连接的固定盘,固定盘转动连接的转动盘,设置在转动盘上的清理工具以及相应的驱动单元。其中驱动单位包括驱动电机、电机轴上蜗杆以及转动盘上的蜗轮。在驱动控制机构上,包括气泵。伸缩杆德育车架方向的球头连接,并且设置便于操作的把手,极大提升实际除冰的效率。与以往的除冰技术相比,这种新型的除冰装置,设置了相应的走轮和伸缩杆、绝缘杆以及清理机构,具有良好的机动性,便于操作。在绝缘杆头部到达作业区域内,操作人员通过控制伸缩杆,选择最佳的作业角度,可以保证操作的精确性,然后利用清理机构,把电力设备的积雪和覆冰清理干净,大大节省了操作人员的体力, 提升了除冰的精度,满足了实际操作的要求,保证了操作人员的人身安全,避免出现安全事故。
二、电力设备新型除冰装置具体操作方式
为了有效实现除冰的目的,电力设备新型装置在实际运行过程中,操作人员需要结合实际情况,分析其中不良影响因素,制定完善的技术方案,控制好每个操作步骤,满足实际除冰的基本要求,满足日常输电的基本要求。如下图所示:

为了有效解决实际遇到的技术问题,避免出现操作失误,下面就对这种除冰操作装置进行详细说明。当元件被成为“固定于”或者“设置于”另一个元件时,就是可以直接或者间接使用到另一个元件上。当一个元件被成为“连接于”另一个元件时,就是可以直接连接或者间接连接到另一个原件上。根据图1所示,本次除冰装置主要包括车架1、设置车架下面的性车轮11、伸缩杆4、驱动控制机构以及固定在伸缩杆4上端的绝缘杆5,还包括用于除冰的清理机构6。与现有的除冰技术相比,在车架1上设置相应伸缩装置、行走装置以及清理装置,具有良好的机动性,提升了移动速度。在绝缘杆5头部达到作业区域以后,操作人员通过控制伸缩杆,调整好角度,从而精确进入操作区域,利用绝缘杆5上端的除冰清理机构6,可以彻底清理覆冰。这样可以减少认为的操作失误,提升除冰的精度,实现了自动化的操作。

驱动控制机构主要包括控制伸缩杆4,通过控制按钮,与气动伸缩杆连通,用于连接压缩的气源的压缩空气接头2,有效控制气动伸缩杆,通过压缩空气接头2,可以连通气管与气动往复式除冰锤66或者吹扫头,便于清理和操控,降低实际运行成本和时间。气泵主要安装在车架上,实现了除冰装置的独立操作,具有良好的机动性,减少了操作人员的劳动强度,更加省时省力,不需要拖拽更多的输气管道。在车架1内部,主要利用集成电动或者小型柴油驱动空气压缩机对气泵进行充气,其中输出的压缩空气成为驱动伸缩杆4和气动接头的动力源。车架1上设置相应的操作台,有效控制伸缩杆4的伸缩,提升气动接头的操作效率。在气动接头选择过程中,需要保证气动结构的柔性和绝缘性,保证满足实际操作的基本要求。
在具体除冰过程中,在绝缘杆5头部的清理机构6到达作业区域内以后,通过延长伸缩杆,调整实际的作业角度,从而到达实际的作业区域,可以减少重复操作的行为和作业人员的体能消耗。同时还可以利用手动操作,就是利用冲击头65进行操作,有效丰富了实际操作的方式,满足了除冰的技术要求。
三、总结
在以上研究过程中,输变电设备覆冰会产生巨大的危害。覆冰主要受到周围自然环境的影响,这就要求除冰技术人员结合实际情况,采用新型的除冰装置,分析其中产生不利的影响,采取相应的解决措施,保证实际的除冰效果。根据新型装置应用的具体情况,制定完善的操作计划,通过调整实际的作业角度,可以提升除冰的效果,维护输变电设备安全,保证设备安全运行,创造更多的经济效益和社会效益。
