【摘要】濮阳县龙城国际安置房(四期)建设项目在进行叠合楼板吊装时,采用了一种自己设计制造的新型预制pc构件吊装用吊装扁担。文章介绍了新型预制PC构件的背景、构成、制作、适用范围。

1、工程概况
河南省濮阳县龙城国际安置房(四期)建设项目,位于河南省濮阳市濮阳县大庆路以东、文硕路以西、未来路以南、富民路以北。本项目包含居民住宅楼18栋,商业用房一栋,礼堂一栋,幼儿园一栋,配套服用房一栋。
本工程18栋住宅楼为框架剪力墙结构,(除2#、13#西单元为全现浇结构外)3层以下楼板、屋面板为现浇结构,4层至17层楼板除公共部份、厨房、卫生间、阳台外,全部为叠合楼板。预制板厚为60,现浇层为70、80厚。预制板单块构件重量最大1.482吨。预制叠合板吊点有4个和6个两种情况。6个吊点的按照规范和设计要求采用专用的吊装工具进行吊装。预制叠合楼板的尺寸规格较多,具体尺寸间表1。

2、制造背景
进行PC板构件吊装时,应保证起重设备的吊钩位置,吊具及构件重心在垂直方向重合,吊索与构件水平夹角不宜小于60度,不应小于45度。本工程叠合板的尺寸规格较多,要想满足要求,意味着本项目要准备多个不同的规格的吊具,并在吊装过程中频繁的跟换吊具,这给我们施工带来了诸多不便,还影响施工效率。为改变这一现状,本项目在施工现场设计制作了一种新型预制pc构件吊装用吊装扁担型吊装。吊装扁担型钢主梁下设的吊装板上提供了一排可供对应吊件选择的吊装孔,起吊不同预制PC构件时,不再需要更换对应吊装扁担,只需根据吊件选择合适的吊装孔使用即可,提高了通用性,省去频繁跟换吊装扁担的麻烦,使用方便,提高施工效率。
3、构成
新型预制PC构件吊装用吊装扁担,构成包括水平的型钢主梁;型钢主梁为H型钢,H型钢的两翼缘板呈上下水平并分别形成为上翼缘板和下翼缘板,相连于上翼缘板和下翼缘板之间的腹板呈竖向;上翼缘板的上表面沿其长度方向间隔设有两吊耳板,吊耳板上开设有起吊孔;下翼缘板的下表面凸起设有吊装板,吊装板与腹板共面且与下翼缘板等长;吊装板上沿其长度方向间隔开设有若干吊装孔。具体构成见图1。

1、预制PC构件吊装用吊装扁担,包括水平的型钢主梁;型钢主梁为H型钢,H型钢的两翼缘板呈上下水平并分别形成为上翼缘板和下翼缘板,相连于上翼缘板和下翼缘板之间的腹板呈竖向;上翼缘板的上表面沿其长度方向间隔设有两吊耳板,吊耳板上开设有起吊孔;下翼缘板的下表面凸起设有吊装板,所述吊装板与腹板共面且与下翼缘板等长;吊装板上沿其长度方向间隔开设有若干吊装孔。
2、吊耳板下方对应的腹板段的两侧均分别连接有两肋板以用于补强;肋板垂直于腹板,肋板的内端与腹板连接,肋板的上、下表面分别对应与上翼缘板、下翼缘板连接。
3、吊耳板位于其下方对应的腹板段的一侧的两肋板之间;腹板的两侧的肋板呈对称布置。
4、吊耳板垂直于上翼缘板且垂直于腹板,吊耳板的两侧与上翼缘板之间分别连接有三角加强板;吊耳板的一侧的三角加强板数量为两个且分别位于起吊孔两边。
5、吊耳板、吊装板、肋板、三角加强板和H型钢之间的对应连接为焊接固连。
6、吊装孔的直径为六十毫米,相邻吊装孔的中心距为一百二十毫米。
7、型钢主梁的长度为六米,两起吊孔分别至型钢主梁的对应端面的距离为一点五米。

参见图1、图2,具体实施例的预制PC构件吊装用吊装扁担,包括水平的型钢主梁1;型钢主梁1为H型钢,H型钢的两翼缘板呈上下水平并分别形成为上翼缘板11和下翼缘板12,相连于上翼缘板11和下翼缘板12之间的腹板13呈竖向;上翼缘板11的上表面沿其长度方向间隔设有两吊耳板2(即分别位于上翼缘板11的两端),吊耳板2上开设有起吊孔21;下翼缘板12的下表面凸起设有吊装板3,吊装板3与腹板13共面且与下翼缘板12等长;吊装板3上沿其长度方向间隔开设有若干吊装孔31。
吊耳板2下方对应的腹板13段的两侧均分别连接有两肋板4以用于补强;肋板4垂直于腹板13,肋板4的内端与腹板13连接,肋板4的上、下表面分别对应与上翼缘板11、下翼缘板12连接。吊耳板2在H型钢的长度方向上位于其下方对应的腹板13段的一侧的两肋板4之间;腹板13的两侧的所有肋板4呈对称布置。这样,可以进一步保障整体结构强度,保证使用安全性。
其中,吊耳板2垂直于上翼缘板11且垂直于腹板13,吊耳板2的两侧与上翼缘板11之间分别连接有三角加强板5,吊耳板2的一侧的三角加强板5数量为两个且分别位于起吊孔21两边。这样,便于起吊连接,保证起吊稳定。
吊耳板2、吊装板3和肋板4与H型钢之间的连接采用焊接固连,三角加强板5与吊耳板2、H型钢之间的连接也采用焊接固连,连接牢固可靠。
优选型钢主梁1的长度为六米,吊耳板2上开直径六十毫米的起吊孔21,两起吊孔21分别至型钢主梁1的对应端面的距离为一点五米,吊装孔31的直径为六十毫米,相邻吊装孔31的中心距为一百二十毫米,即在吊装板3上间隔一百二十毫米开设吊装孔31;其中,肋板4就近连接在吊耳板2两边;优选吊耳板2的厚度为二十五毫米,肋板4和三角加强板5的厚度为五毫米,吊装孔31的厚度为二十五毫米,其中,吊装孔31凸出于下翼缘板12的高度为一百一十五毫米。这样,可以满足施工现场目前的大部分预制PC构件的通用起吊,适用性好。
吊装板3与下翼缘板12之间也可以增设连接斜向的加强筋板6以提升结构强度。
5、结束语
采用本新型预制PC构件吊装用吊装扁担进行预制叠合楼板吊装,可以适于用多种不同规格的叠合楼板吊装,避免目前的吊装扁担通用性较差的问题,取得使用方便,强度可靠,提高施工速度的效果。
