摘要:普通高中化学课程标准要求化学学科要结合学生年龄特点和学科特征,课程内容落实习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,有机融入社会主义核心价值观、中华优秀传统文化等先进教育内容,充实丰富培养学生社会责任感、创新精神、实践能力相关内容[1]。本文从具体教学内容、教学时机策略和教学模式建构三方面阐述了如何在化学课堂教学过程中渗透中华优秀传统文化。

近年来传统文化越来越受到社会各方面的关注,《经典咏流传》《中国诗词大会》《上新了,故宫》《国家宝藏》等等富含优秀传统文化元素的节目也成了时下最热门的话题。学校是加强中华优秀传统文化教育的主阵地,2014年国务院印发的《完善中华优秀传统文化教育指导纲要》中指出,高中阶段,以增强学生对中华优秀传统文化的理性认识为重点,引导学生感悟中华优秀传统文化的精神内涵,增强学生对中华优秀传统文化的自信心。[2]
化学是由人类的实践活动产生,中国古代的四大发明有两项与化学相关,化学文化是传统文化的一部分,在教学过程中融合传统文化有助于引导学生自觉传承优秀科学文化,弘扬学科价值。
一、寻古代化学之美,思文化融合之处
经过梳理笔者认为可以从以下两个方面进行挖掘。一是古典诗词文化、成语。“趁热打铁”、“千锤百炼”、“百炼成钢”都涉及到了古代的炼铁原理。“刀耕火种”描述古人在播种之前放火去烧野草,用灰去肥田,燃烧后的草木灰是一种高效肥料,还可以降低土壤酸性,是古人生活的智慧。“如胶似漆”描述了古人用动物的角、皮、骨来熬制骨胶、牛皮胶等来粘合各种物件,是最早的化学粘合剂,可以在蛋白质的学习中加以渗透。古诗词是我国传统文化的精髓,古人在从观察
自然界中的现象,从实践中总结的经验渗透到创作中去,使作品大放异彩。苏轼的《石炭》中写到“投泥泼水愈光明,烁玉流金见精悍”精湛的描写了炼煤的过
程,道出了水煤气的产生原理。元代赵孟頫的七律诗《赠放烟火者》中“纷纷灿烂如星陨,赫赫喧虺似火攻。”描述了烟花燃放的炫目景象,古人发明的烟花填装了燃烧剂、助燃剂、发光剂,发光剂中含有各种金属元素的化合物,它们在燃烧时显示出各种各样的焰颜色,可以在焰色反应知识中加以渗透。二是传统古籍中涉及高中课程的挖掘,《天工开物》《本草纲目》《神农本草经》等化学古籍都比较全面地记述了中国古代农业和手工业生产技术,所记述的化学知识丰富多彩、引人入胜,在一定程度上反映了古人对化学变化过程的认识水平。中国制陶工艺的成就、玻璃的创制可以和无机非金属材料部分相融合;中国古代首创的胆水冶铜、金属锌的冶炼,钢铁的冶炼工艺可以和金属材料、金属冶炼部分相融合;中国炼丹术中的理论、实验设备可以很好的丰富学生的实验知识储备;火药的发明进一步帮助学生厘清氧化还原反应、焰色反应的内容;古代对食盐的开采与加工可以和海水资源的部分相融合;古代饴糖、蔗糖的加工,酿酒化学,醋和酱的酿造让学生丰富饮食中有机化合物的知识,进一步理解催化剂在有机反应中的重要作用。
二、创最佳教学之机,探教学融合之策
创设和捕捉教学最佳时机的目的是为了充分利用教学最佳时机,获得最大的教学效益,只有被充分利用的最佳时机才具有实际意义。[3] 一部清宫剧《延禧宫略》曾经点燃了暑期的追剧热潮,也成了同学们热议的话题。利用该剧为契机,捕捉合适的教学时机,起到了事半功倍的效果。剧中嘉嫔为了除去愉妃,用贝壳粉替换珍珠粉,被魏璎珞发现,利用这个剧情引导同学们探究贝壳粉和珍珠粉的化学成分和结构特征,并指导学生如何利用化学手段辨别两者,证实和证伪,提高了同学们的科学素养和创新精神。古代没有冰箱,那魏璎珞献给皇后的冰鉴哪里来的?在化学反应的热效应一课就可以作为新课的导入,制冰大约在唐朝末期,工匠们在生产火药时开采了大量硝石,他们发现硝石溶于水时会吸收大量的热,能使周围的水降温直至结冰,于是一些能工巧匠便开始利用硝石开始制冰,再用降温结晶法或蒸发结晶法将硝石再提出来重复使用,通过冰鉴的介绍,让同学们感受到古代匠人的智慧,也激发同学们学习化学的热情和兴趣。由此剧开发出了校本课程,如《魏璎珞假怀孕之谜——高岭土为何物?》《高贵妃的死与古代化学美》《裕太妃之死与金属的使用历史》,深受同学的欢迎,激发的同学们学习化学的热情。
三、挖高考化学之题,建学科思维之模
通过高考试题挖掘中华民族优秀的化学工艺和技术上的成就,一方面有助于培养学生的爱国情怀和民族自豪感,另一方面也有助于培养学生求真务实的科学素养和创新精神,从而达到立德树人的育人功能,如图1。

有关传统文化的试题一般分为两类:一类是将中华优秀传统文化作为试题情境材料加以利用,另一类是要探究其中蕴含的化学知识和化学原理。传统文化试题的思维建模如图2,基于题目中传统文化的情境,从4个角度提取关键信息,辨识记忆,找到知识的原型,通过系统关联来加工陌生信息,最后回归到学科的核心思想方法里。
