感谢信是高考英语应用文中常见的一种文体， 在应试中很多同学对感谢信得表达依然无从下手，现就学生在感谢信中存在的问题提出个人的几点见解。
一、学生出现的问题
1.逐句翻译，缺乏应用文应有的段落格式
2.句子之间无衔接，全是简单句的罗列。
3.存在基本的语法拼写错误。
4.书写质量不过关。
二、解决方案
现就常用格式和句子衔接（无复合句）两方面来谈谈个人看法
1.弄清楚感谢信的基本模板
Dear ......,
I am writing to extend my sincere gratitude for ........ If it had not been for your assistance in ...... , I fear that I would have been ......( 写作目的)
...............................................................(详细原因)
Thank you again and I hope that I will have the opportunity to repay your kindness .(表达感谢)

2.作文常用衔接词
1)先后次序关系：first;?second;?next；last?but?not?least；to?begin?with; following?this

知道句子之间的基本衔接词，还不够， 如何能将简单句变成优美的复合句，还需要一些句型的支撑。在感谢信中，我们常见的能够提升档次的句型是：强调句、虚拟语气、not only ...but also ...... 、定语从句。
现就强调句和虚拟语气给出参考：
1.Without your timely help with my English online , I couldn’t have gone along with my English study .
2.But for your effective guidance on my English , I couldn’t have made up for my missing classes so quickly .
3.If it hadn’t been for your devotion and constant encouragement , I wouldn’t have been so positive to my illness.
4.It was your constant encouragement and positive attitude towards life that enabled me to go through the tough times .
另外，掌握这一话题常见词汇也很重要：

总的来说， 要想写好高标准高水平的感谢信， 除了掌握以上内容， 还需要平日的点滴积累，句子完美的表达外加漂亮的书写，才是获胜的法宝。
