摘要:我国社会经济发展速度非常快,综合国力不断提高,国家加大力度投入城市基础设施工程建设,城市轨道交通工程属于我国目前一线城市及省会城市正在大面积实施的重要的基础建设工程。城市地铁车站大部分均位于市区,受交通条件影响,大部分车站施工场地均会受到很大限制,绝大部分围护结构均采用围护桩或者地连墙,极少数有条件可采用放坡开挖。在岩溶地区硬岩地质条件下采用围护桩的支护形式,对整体施工进度制约很大。因处于岩溶地区,岩石岩性一般为石灰岩、白云岩等,其强度较高。岩溶及高强度岩石对桩基成孔带来较大困难,因此选择合适的施工机械和岩溶处理措施,加快施工进度,提升工程质量,确保项目的经济效益和社会效益非常重要。

贵阳市轨道交通工程起步较晚,目前仅开通运营1条线路。因该地区特殊的地貌及地质情况,其1号线、2号线建设周期均长达8-9年。因其特殊的地质条件及施工环境,围护结构施工进展慢、施工效率低是导致地铁建设进展缓慢的的重要影响因素之一。城市重大基础设施工程建设进度缓慢,严重影响该地区的经济效益和社会效益。为确保贵阳地铁3号线的施工不重蹈覆辙,针对其特殊的岩溶地质及岩石岩性,如何选择合适的施工机械,快速便捷的岩溶处理措施,保证成桩效率,加快施工进度成为贵阳地铁车站施工需要解决的问题。
一、工程简介
1、车站概况 贵阳地铁3号线温泉路站车站结构为三层岛式车站,长度487米,为3号线第二大车站,设计基坑宽度22m~23.5m,深度24.5m~27m,车站共设10个出入口,7个安全出入口,3组风亭。车站基坑围护结构采用桩+内支撑形式,围护桩采用D1000@1700形式沿基坑周边布设,围护结构桩基设计共691根,桩长为27~30m。车站设计开挖方式为半盖挖,沿基坑纵向中部位置设置76根600mm*600mm格构柱,桩径1200mm,下部桩基嵌入基坑底部以下6米,兼做车站主体结构抗拔桩。
2、地层岩性 车站所处位置地质情况为桩基上部4~6米为粉质黏土层,下部均为中风化石灰岩,矿物成分主要为方解石,块状构造,泥晶-生物碎屑结构,节理裂隙较发育,岩芯呈柱状,节理面见铁质侵染,岩芯锤击声较脆,不易碎,岩石饱和单轴抗压强度在35.5MPa~89.6MPa,平均值62.55MPa。
二、围护桩施工
1、施工机械的选取
温泉路站位于贵阳市乌当区主干道新添大道上,其两侧建筑密集,且多为老旧建筑。目前对于直径1米,深度30米左右的桩基成孔的方式常用机械或方式包括:冲击钻、回旋钻、旋挖钻、人工挖孔桩等。其优缺点为冲击钻虽工效高但震动大噪音大、回旋钻震动小噪音小但工效慢、人工挖孔桩虽无噪音低无震动但工效慢风险大。为满足车站施工场地狭小、对环境保护要求高、减小震动保护周边建筑物、加快施工进度的需求,本工程桩基成孔采用旋挖钻机来施工。根据总体工期进度要求,项目进场钻机7台,共包含以下几种型号:

2、施工工效分析
针对本项目地层岩性,上述采用的4种型号钻机每台钻机抽取6根桩基的钻进记录,并按钻进深度分层次对渣样进行强度检测,按照每延米进尺所需要的时间,综合分析钻机型号(输出扭矩)、厂家、岩石强度等因素对工效的影响(上部粉质黏土层不在考虑范畴)。经过统计,几种型号钻机在不同岩层条件下的钻进速率(纯钻进时间,不含辅助作业时间)如下表所示:

3、施工效果评价
根据上表统计数据,可分析得出以下结论:
(1)在同等输出功率情况下,钻进效率:山河智能>徐工机械>三一重工
(2)针对本工程所在地的岩层强度,最大输出扭矩360KN·m以上的国产旋挖钻机可满足1根/天的施工进度指标要求(市区夜间22:00~6:00不能施工)。
(3)若采用最大输出扭矩400KN·m以上的钻机可满足1.5根/天的施工进度指标要求。
(4)针对硬岩施工,不建议采用最大输出扭矩低于300KN·m的旋挖钻机进行施工,对施工进度有较大影响。
三、岩溶处理
1、处理方式的选择
根据地质勘察单位出具的勘察报告结合项目自身的取样检测,该地区多为石灰岩可溶性碳酸盐,为溶洞中等发育地段,岩溶多为填充性岩溶,填充物均为无塑性的淤泥质土,围护结构施工过程中可能造成填充物流失,诱发地面塌陷。针对此种地质特性,为保证施工安全确保成孔效率,浅层溶洞采取旋挖钻跟进式护筒的方式来进行处理,深层溶洞采取回填混凝土的方式来防止溶洞填充物的流失,避免引起塌孔造成成孔困难及出现地面塌陷情况。
(1)跟进式护筒 适用于浅层溶洞的处理(地表以下10m范围内),主要通过在钻进过程中,通过旋挖钻机自身配备的护筒跟进装置来接长钢护筒,在桩内形成稳定的孔壁形式,迅速阻止溶洞内填充物大量流失,减少地面沉降或塌陷,提高成孔效率和施工的安全性。
(2)C15素混凝土回填 适用于深层岩溶的处理(地表下10m~35m范围内),主要通过在钻进工程中碰到溶洞时,回填素混凝土,待混凝土达到一定强度后,在溶洞周边形成一道稳定的护壁来稳定孔洞,确保顺利成桩。
2、处理效果评价
(1)浅层岩溶通过跟进式护筒处理方式,可直接通过护筒封住岩溶内填充物流出通道,不影响桩基整体成桩时间,效果良好。
(2)深层岩溶通过回填低标号混凝土,使其在溶洞外侧形成稳定护壁,可有效阻止溶洞内填充物流出。填充混凝土等24小时强度后,可重新钻进。等强期间,钻机可间隔施工其他桩基,对施工进度影响小。
本项目围护桩基在施工过程中地表及周边建筑物监测成果表明各项监测数据均处于正常变化范围内,未发生因溶洞处理不及时造成的地面及附件建构筑物沉降和塌陷的情况。因此,钻进过程中若碰到填充性岩溶时,浅层岩溶采取旋挖钻跟进式护筒,深层岩溶采取回填素混凝土的方式进行处理,可有效防止溶洞内填充物大量流失引起的塌孔或地表及建构筑物沉陷等现象发生,在保证施工进度的同时也大大提高了施工的安全性。
