【摘要】 公路建设需要大量的石料,在优质原材料缺乏地区,远运需要花费巨额成本,利用当地卵砾石破碎加工沥青路面原材料,采用一定的技术保障措施,满足沥青路面的技术性能要求,可以取得很好的经济和社会效益。
英文摘要 Highway construction requires a lot of stone raw materials. In areas where high-quality raw materials are scarce, long-distance transportation costs are huge. Using local pebble and gravel stone broken into rubble, as raw materials of asphalt road surface, using a certain technology assurance measures, can meet the requirements of the technical performance of asphalt road surface, and achieved good economic and social benefits.

在西北地区,沥青路面优先选用的玄武岩、辉绿岩、石灰岩等优质石料往往距离施工现场远,可开采量少,加之环保要求越来越高,过分强调使用优质石料就会存在运输安全风险高、施工组织难度大,成本高等问题。然而在施工现场附近往往分布着河流或料场筛分出的超粒径卵石材料,很多卵石石质坚硬、强度高、耐久性好,石料密度高、耐磨性强,破碎后粒径规格,能充分发挥集料之间的嵌挤作用,公路建设中如果能就地取材利用当地卵石破碎后作为沥青面层的集料可以给施工企业带来很大经济效益,同时也为社会处理了废弃材料,提高生态环保效益。但是由于破碎卵石含有花岗岩等酸性石料,成分复杂,差异性大,变化大,以此作为集料的沥青混合料的水稳定性难以达到使用要求,所以实际工程中破碎卵石在沥青面层中的应用较少。本文以青海东部地区G310线循化至隆务峡高速公路工程为依托,通过相关的室内试验分析了破碎卵石作为沥青混合料集料的可能性及其优越性并在现场实际应用,效果良好。
一、工程简介
G310线循化至隆务峡高速公路沥青路面结构形式为:4㎝厚细粒式SBS改性沥青砼上面层+5㎝厚中粒式沥青砼中面层+6㎝厚中粒式沥青砼下面层,面层沥青混凝土总重量为270819吨。由于当地石灰岩缺乏,设计料场料源枯竭,附近无适宜料场,经调查,距离较近的甘肃积石山县大河家镇的黄河河滩卵石、漂石产量大,强度高,之前应用于桥梁施工效果较好,但因含有一定量的花岗岩等酸性石料,随对其骨料性能、与沥青粘附性、改善方法等相关技术指标展开研究,在路面中下面层采用破碎卵石施工,最终取得满意的施工效果,值得推广应用。
二、破碎卵石应用分析
2.1石料酸碱性划分及使用范围
沥青路面应用酸性石料,沥青容易和矿料剥落,产生路面病害,尽可能使用碱性石料。对于卵石应用,首先应检测判定石料的酸碱性。对于中性及酸性石料要采取一定的抗剥落措施处理。本工程选用甘肃积石山县大河家镇卵石破碎石料,根据岩性分析报告,岩石由主要矿物斜长石67%、普通角闪石22%、次要矿物石英6%、黑云母3%、正长石2%等组成,其中SiO2含量经检测为52.89%,属于中性石料。但由于卵石材质不均匀,可能有花岗岩等酸性石料集中现象,需对粘附性采取措施改善。
2.2骨料性能
考虑到卵石材料的复杂性,取样可以采用目测花岗岩等酸性石料的含量、从大料堆各部位分别取样混合后缩分、从下料皮带阶段性取样混合后缩分等方法取样,理论上最差的材料满足要求,其他材料的技术指标更应符合。

2.3粘附性改善
本工程因石料属于中性石料,通过骨料与沥青的粘附性试验,考虑到施工中存在的波动性、抗剥落效果、经济性等因素,选定下面层掺加1.5%水泥、中面层掺加2%的水泥,并同时使用碱性矿粉作为本项目的配合比设计参数。
三、配合比设计
以中下面层为例,在配合比设计时在沥青中掺加水泥对混合料改良,改善骨料与沥青的粘附性和混合料的耐久性。结合当地气候、降雨量等环境特点,沥青选用克拉玛依的90号(A级)沥青,下面层选用级配AC-20C,最佳油石比为4.4%的级配;中面层选用级配AC-16C,最佳油石比为4.7%的级配,配合比如表2所示,室内马歇尔试验结果见表3。

从试验结果可知:添加了水泥的沥青混合料的水稳定性满足路面的使用要求。 另外从降雨量和气候的划分该地区属于夏热冬寒半干气候,从试验结果看,混合料的水稳性能基本可以满足要求。
4.3低温性能检验
为检验沥青混合料的低温性能,按照《公路工程沥青及沥青混合料试验规程》(JTGE20- 2011)中弯曲试验方法的规定,测定棱柱体小梁破坏时的抗弯拉强度及破坏应变。试验结果见表6。

由试验结果可知:混合料低温性能能满足项目所处地区的使用要求。
五、结论
①采用大粒径漂石和卵石破碎加工成的集料抗压耐磨、强度高,除与沥青粘附性差外,其余各项指标均能满足工程使用要求。②在本工程沥青中加入水泥和碱性矿粉,以破碎卵石作为集料进行配合比设计的混合料其各项路用性能均能满足设计要求。③其他地区使用破碎卵石,需根据酸碱性采取综合性的适宜的措施。④将破碎卵石应用于工程建设具有良好经济效益,废物利用,也符合环保要求,值得推广应用。
