摘 要:本文以寒冷地区张家口的国家跳台滑雪中心为例,基于特殊山地环境生态敏感、建筑造型复杂、无市政热力、无供暖用燃气等设计难点,提出了特定采暖时段下滑雪中心的多种采暖形式,并达到了降低建筑能耗的目的,为高山滑雪馆工程的供暖设计提供实例参考。

1 工程概况
(1)工程名称:张家口奥林匹克体育公园国家跳台滑雪中心。(2)建设地点:位于河北省张家口市崇礼区古杨树区域,张家口奥林匹克体育公园西部,距离南部的公园入口距离约700米。(3)建筑面积:总建筑面积25484.64㎡,其中顶峰俱乐部11620.5㎡,滑道区936.8㎡,看台区12927.34㎡。(4)建筑组成:跳台滑雪中心由顶峰俱乐部、看台区组成。顶峰俱乐部由运动员出发大厅、贵宾接待厅、顶层展厅、相应设备及附属功能用房等组成。看台区由室外活动看台、室外固定看台、室内场馆管理竞赛办公、转播服务办公、仪式办公、奥运大家庭、安保中心及办公、兴奋剂检测中心、医疗中心、运动员训练室、贵宾接待室、器械储藏室、相应设备及附属用房等组成。(5)防火类别:顶峰俱乐部属于一类高层建筑,耐火等级为一级;滑道区为室外构筑物;看台区为多层体育场建筑,耐火等级为二级。(6)建筑层数和高度:1)顶峰俱乐部主要使用楼层分5个标高层。自北侧底部广场至顶部会议厅层为5层,高度49.0m;自西侧平台入口广场至顶部会议厅层为上部2层下部3层,上部高度27.5m;西侧平台下方架空层有辅助出入口直达贵宾接待大厅,自此标高至顶部会议厅层为上部3层下部2层,上部高度38.3m。2)南侧看台建筑层数为三层,其中一层有夹层,建筑高度为21.06m,北侧看台建筑层数为三层,其中一层和二层有夹层,建筑高度为19.10m,赛时看台最高点标高19.91m。

B、古杨树赛区2017年11月6日至2018年2月12日逐时测量气温数据,比赛时间段19点至23点最低温度-28.5℃。注:2022年冬奥会比赛时间2月4到20日,2月4日为立春节气,六九第一天。综合A、B两项数据及冬奥会比赛时间,取采暖计算干球温度-27℃。
2.1.2 夏季空调计算干球温度
崇礼气象局提供数据:古杨树赛区干球温度25℃左右,除人员密集场所外不需要空调。

3 供暖系统
3.1 供暖热负荷
当室外计算温度为-27℃时,顶峰俱乐部热负荷为676.17kW,热指标为102W/㎡;看台区热负荷为600kW,热指标为77W/㎡。当室外计算温度为-20℃时,顶峰俱乐部热负荷为564.42kW,热指标为85W/㎡;看台区热负荷为497.72kW,热指标为63W/㎡。
3.2 供暖热源
3.2.1 气候条件、能源现状
比赛场室外气温低,时有低于-20℃的天气;热源现状:无市政热力、无供暖用燃气;能源政策:鼓励采用可再生能源(寒冷地区地源热泵冬夏严重不平衡,不适合;适合用空气源热泵);电力供应:电力供应充足、张家口市政府鼓励用电供暖。
3.2.2 空气源热泵使用条件
室外温度高于-20℃,空气源热泵供暖时主流品牌设备启动和运行正常、性能系数对节能有利、室外机与热负荷匹配在合理范围内,采用空气源热泵供暖比较合理;室外温度低于-20℃,空气源热泵供暖时主流品牌设备性能系数对节能没有太大优势、室外机与热负荷匹配不在合理范围内,不适合采用空气源热泵供暖。空气源热泵采用多联式空调(热泵)机组(采用直接蒸发式,冷剂作热媒,无冻结危险)。
3.2.3 供暖、加湿热源
室外温度高于-20℃,采用多联式空调机组作为热风供暖热源;室外温度低于-20℃,采用加热电缆作为地面辐射供暖热源,多联机停运。电散热器作为永久建筑的新风机房和卫生间、临时建筑供暖热源。电加热器作为新风热源,电热蒸汽作为加湿热源。
3.3 供暖形式
供暖非尖峰时段采用多联式空调(热泵)机组加新风(>-20℃);供暖尖峰时段采用加热电缆地面辐射供暖加新风(≤-20℃)。
3.4 多联式空调(热泵)机组热风供暖
永久建筑房间(变配电室、新风机房、卫生间除外)采用多联式空调(热泵)机组在供暖非尖峰时段热风供暖;临时建筑不设多联式空调(热泵)机组热风供暖。
3.5 加热电缆地面辐射供暖
永久建筑房间(变配电室、消防安防控制室、弱电机房、通讯机房、新风机房、卫生间除外)设加热电缆地面辐射供暖尖峰时段供暖。
3.6 电散热器供暖
永久建筑的消防安防控制室、弱电机房、通讯机房、新风机房、卫生间及有水房间和临时建筑供暖采用电散热器。临时建筑预留电散热器电气条件。
4 空调系统
4.1 空调冷源
根据气候条件、能源政策、能源条件等综合考虑,空调冷源与供暖热源共用多联式空调(热泵)机组,冬季供暖、夏季空调(需要时开启)。
4.2 空调方式
永久建筑房间(变配电室、新风机房、卫生间以及看台区除外)采用多联式空调(热泵)机组加新风;永久建筑房间的变配电室、新风机房、卫生间及临时建筑不设空调,有必要设空调的临时建筑房间以及弱电机房预留分体空调条件。
5 新风系统
永久建筑(变配电室、新风机房、卫生间除外)设新风,新风机房分层数设置,新风机设排风余热回收。室外气温低导致余热回收引起新风结露结冰时先预热新风到-10℃,余热回收后再加热。冬季新风预热、加热采用电能,其余季节不作冷却处理。赛会期间采用电热蒸汽加湿器加湿,并设专用的软水系统。新风系统的电加热器与送风机联锁,并设无风断电、超温断电保护装置。
结束语:
(1)从技术经济两方面综合分析,选用室外温度-20℃作为采暖尖峰时刻,划分采暖形式。室外温度高于-20℃,为供暖非尖峰时段,采用多联式空调(热泵)机组加新风的采暖形式;室外温度低于-20℃,为供暖尖峰时段,采用加热电缆地面辐射供暖加新风的采暖形式。(2)为降低建筑能耗,达到节能减排的目的,多联式空调(热泵)机组同时作为空调冷源与采暖热源。
