Abstract:After discussing the content of the integration of production and education, this paper fully realizes the significance of the integration of production and education in secondary vocational colleges. Teaching in production and production in teaching can make the professional courses in secondary vocational schools match the needs of enterprises.
Key word:Secondary vocational education; Integration of production and education; School enterprise cooperation
The cultural connection between curriculum content and enterprise development in secondary vocational schools enables students to fully understand the methods of enterprise organization and management as well as enterprise production and technology. In the corresponding enterprise environment, students have the opportunity to integrate teaching theoretical knowledge with professional skills.
1. The connotation of the integration of production and education
The cooperation between schools and enterprises needs to fully consider the production and operation links of enterprises. In form, it includes the production and training base inside the school or the in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises outside the school to jointly cultivate talents. The training mode and method are relatively novel, which can make full use of the enterprise's production environment, production site and production technology, and integrate teaching theory and professional skills.
2. The construction of the integration of production and education
First, the scope of cooperation needs to be broadened. While imparting professional knowledge to students in the school, we should also let students understand the culture of various enterprises, cultivate students' ability of career planning, deepen students' feelings for entrusted enterprises, and improve their enthusiasm(Nmzim,M 2020:23).
Secondly, we should strengthen the cultivation of students' cultural literacy. Nowadays, every enterprise has higher and higher requirements for the quality of employees. In the culture class, we should also infiltrate all aspects of knowledge, strengthen etiquette training, so that students can be recognized by the enterprise, and guide students to strive to achieve personal value in the enterprise.
Finally, the effectiveness of cooperation can be extended. In the process of cooperation with enterprises, secondary vocational schools can sign a long-term plan for staff training with enterprises. In the new situation of economic development, technological innovation is the vitality of enterprise development. Enterprises have higher and higher requirements for employees' professional skills. After entering enterprises, our students should constantly improve their skills and adapt to the working environment.
