摘要:目的:探讨分析妇产科急腹症临床诊断中经阴道彩色多普勒超声与经腹部彩超联合用于诊断的价值。方法:此次研究,选取我院2019年2月至2020年9月期间,收治50例妇产科急腹症患者,患者接受经阴道彩色多普勒超声与经腹部彩超检测,对检测结果进行对比。结果:经阴道彩超、经腹部彩超检出率要明显低于超声联合检出率(P<0.05);经阴道彩超、经腹部彩超的准确率为76%、78%,要明显低于超声联合检测准确率94%。结论:妇产科急腹症临床诊断之中,采取经阴道彩色多普勒超声与经腹部彩超联合诊断,所获得准确率较高,可为临床治疗提供依据。

妇产科急腹症是临床上一种主要表现为腹痛的综合征,其发病急且发展迅速,若不能及时明确患者病因,并采取针对性治疗,则会对患者生命安全造成威胁,目前临床对妇产科急腹症的诊断,主要是经阴道彩色多普勒超声、经腹部彩超两种,而两种方式联合应用的效果则目前研究较少[1]。本次研究,主要针对妇产科急腹症临床诊断中经阴道彩色多普勒超声与经腹部彩超联合用于诊断的价值进行调查和研究。详细内容见下文:
1、资料与方法
1.1一般资料
选取我院2019年2月至2020年9月期间,收治50例妇产科急腹症患者,患者平均年龄为(33.62±2.82)岁,腹痛持续时间平均值(12.68±3.06)h;所有患者进入研究前,均需要接受面谈,并同意参与研究。
1.2研究方法
经腹部彩超:患者检查前多饮水充盈膀胱,并仰卧位接受检查,探头频率设置为5.0MHz,对患者腹部进行多方位扫描,对子宫内膜情况进行观察,判断盆腔情况;经阴道彩超:完成经腹部彩超后,引导患者排空腹部,截石位接受检查,探头频率6.5MHz,清洁探头后涂抹耦合剂,并套上避孕套,后缓慢推进患者子宫,对患者子宫进行多方面的扫描,并进行记录。
1.3研究指标
与手术病理检测结果对比,观测不同超声检测方式的检出率、以及诊断准确率。
1.4统计学分析
研究使用统计学软件 SPSS 21.2软件,对数据进行处理,计数资料(%),x2检验;计量资料(x±s),t检验。

表1数据中显示,经阴道彩超、经腹部彩超检出率要明显低于超声联合检出率(P<0.05)。

妇产科急腹症发生多是由于盆腔器官出现病变,传统血常规等检测方式无法对患者病情进行准确诊断,出现误诊、漏诊的几率较高,并导致患者错失最佳治疗时机,造成严重后果[2]。超声是目前临床对妇产科急腹症进行诊断的主要方式,其具有操作较为简单、检测准确率较高且不会造成创伤等优势。经腹部彩超的检测视野较大,可对病变位置进行连续观察,但其对于微小病灶的显示度较低,且易受到其他因素影响[3];而经阴道彩超对于微小病灶的检测准确率较高,可对盆腔、子宫等结构内的血流信号进行显示,但其诊断视野则较小,观测范围不全面[4]。因此两种检测方式进行联合,可以有效提升检测准确率。
综上所述,妇产科急腹症临床诊断之中,采取经阴道彩色多普勒超声与经腹部彩超联合诊断,所获得准确率较高,可为临床治疗提供依据。
