摘要:目的:为了深入研究对老年糖尿病患者实施德谷胰岛素治疗干预后,患者血糖水平。方法:选取我院2019年12月至2020年12月期间收治的老年糖尿病患者共88例,将其随机分组,研究组给予德谷胰岛素治疗,参照组给予常规治疗,研究组和参照组各44例患者。对比两组患者血糖水平。结果:干预期结束后,研究组97.73%的临床效果显著优于参照组79.55%的临床效果,研究组患者空腹血糖水平为(7.94±2.77),餐后2小时血糖水平为(10.14±0.91),参照组患者空腹血糖水平为(12.89±2.85),餐后2小时血糖水平为(15.25±0.62),研究组血糖水平显著低于参照组。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床对老年糖尿病患者实施德谷胰岛素治疗干预,可有效改善患者血糖水平,故方案值得推广。

近年来,国内生活水平的不断提高,国内罹患糖尿病的患者腋不断增加,临床在治疗糖尿病的过程中认为糖尿病与患者体内胰岛素分泌异常存在密切联系,患者病发后血糖水平显著上升,患者同时还会伴有疲乏无力的症状,临床上普遍使用格列特缓释片,血糖控制效果较好,但是临床开始研究德谷胰岛素对于糖尿病患者的效果。我院选取2019-12-2020-12这一时间区间入院接受治疗的老年糖尿病患者作为研究对象,现报道如下:
1资料与方法
1.1一般资料
选取我院2019-12-2020-12这一时间区间收治的老年糖尿病患者共88例,给予德谷胰岛素治疗干预措施组为研究组,研究组44例患者年龄分布居于64-79岁之间,平均年龄为(72.37±1.15)岁;给予常规治疗干预措施组为参照组,参照组44例患者年龄分布居于65-78岁之间,平均年龄为(72.31±1.29)岁;对比两组血糖水平。所有患者的基本资料对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。
1.2方法
患者入院之后,研究组和参照组患者都接受常规治疗,入院前服用的降糖药物停止服用。
研究组 接受格列齐特缓释片治疗。指导患者每天晨起早餐前服用量为30毫克的格列齐特缓释片,缓释片使用剂量根据患者血糖改善情况改变,注意单天服用量不得少于120毫克,连续治疗2个月。
参照组 接受德谷胰岛素治疗。第一天,指导患者晚餐进食前通过皮下注射的方式注射10IU胰岛素,之后注射剂量根据患者血糖改善情况改变,连续治疗2个月。
1.3观察指标
观察两组血糖水平。详细记录相关数据并比较。
1.4统计学分析
本组实验涉及到的数据信息统一采用SPSS20.0软件进行分析,计量资料用t检验,用均值标准差表示,计数资料用X2检验,用%表示,组间比较,差异显著性水平均为:P<0.05。
2结果
1.两组临床效果比较 研究组临床效果显著优于参照组,两组数据差异显著(P<0.05), 有统计学意义。详见表1。

研究表明,老年糖尿病患者的血糖若是长期不能得到下降,患者的脏器功能会受到损伤,加上患者糖尿病病发期间患者的肝肾功能受到不利影响,患者的进食欲望下降,容易诱发低血糖,严重威胁患者生理健康和心理健康,老年糖尿病中受到年龄影响,还可能合并系列并发症,加上患者机体免疫力较低,在治疗时需要特别注意。格列齐特缓释片在临床被证明亲水性较好,患者服用后可以直接与患者体内的胰岛素β细胞结合,患者体内的胰岛素抵抗力下降,患者胰岛素作用增强,但是患者在使用格列齐特缓释片治疗时,需要保持规律进食,否则可能会发生低血糖。研究表明,患者通过皮下注射的方式注射德谷胰岛素,德谷胰岛素在患者体内缓慢释放,胰岛素单体会缓慢进入患者体内的U型内环,不仅降糖效果平稳和长效,且安全性相对格列特缓释片较高。本次研究中,研究组接受德谷胰岛素治疗干预,参照组接受常规治疗干预,结果显示,研究组97.73%的临床效果显著优于参照组79.55%的临床效果,研究组患者空腹血糖水平为(7.94±2.77),餐后2小时血糖水平为(10.14±0.91),参照组患者空腹血糖水平为(12.89±2.85),餐后2小时血糖水平为(15.25±0.62),研究组血糖水平显著低于参照组。差异具有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。表明德谷胰岛素治疗干预效果显著。
综上,针对老年糖尿病患者采取德谷胰岛素治疗干预,患者血糖水平显著改善,适于推广与应用。
