摘要:目的:对儿科门诊手足口病交叉感染预防及对策展开分析与探讨。方法:本次研究选择我院135例儿科门诊手足口病交叉感染患儿为对象,按预防对策将所有患儿分为对照组77例、预防组58例,比较各组干预效果。结果:预防组患儿预防效果较对照组更显著,具有统计学意义。两组患儿护理效果比较,对照组总有效率64.94%;预防组总有效率94.83%,差异比较,存在统计学意义P<0.05。
结论:将预防护理应用到儿科门诊手足口病交叉感染患儿中,可提升护理干预效果,提升患儿家长对知识的掌握率。

通过长期的研究调查分析可以得出,手足口病多发生于5岁以下儿童群体,由肠道病毒导致,一旦患病,患儿手足口部位便会出现口痛、溃疡、厌食、低热、疱疹等症状,严重者还会出现心肌炎,对患儿的生命健康造成威胁。为了避免手足口疾病的发生,在药物治疗基础上还应采取有效地预防手段,以此提高护理干预效果。
1.资料与方法
1.1一般资料
本文选取2015年1月~2017年1月我院儿科门诊收治的手足口病交叉感染患儿135例为研究对象,将其分成77例对照组、58例预防组。对照组中,50例男患、27例女患,平均年龄5.6岁,采取常规护理;观察组中,50例男患、8例女患,平均年龄6.5岁,采取预防护理,比较各组患儿护理干预效果。经诊断所有患儿均符合《手足口病诊断标准》,资料比较,具有可比性。
1.2方法
对照组采取常规护理。
对所有患儿进行隔离治疗,治疗期间向患儿家属讲解相关疾病知识,给予患儿一定护理指导,包括:(1)基础知识;(2)消毒护理;(3)手足口腔护理;(4)发热护理;(5)饮食指导。
观察组采取预防护理:
医院应提前做好防控应急预案,与其他院联合,做到早发现、早治疗。利用各种聚道大力宣传预防知识。对儿童和家长培训与手足口病预防的相关知识,对儿童家长进行大力健康宣教,最大程度上获取其配合,告知儿童家长免疫接种相关知识,对遇到的各种事项进行积极交流,建立起相互信任的良好关系,确保其顺利接种。
1.3数据处理
本次研究中相关数据的处理通过SPSS20.0这一统计软件进行,计量资料通过“±s”进行表示,检验以t进行,以(%)来对计数资料进行表述,检验以卡方进行,如果P<0.05,则表明在统计学方面有意义存在。
1.4疗效评定标准
比较两组手足口病患儿在各季度的发病数量、比较两组同年龄段不同季度预防效果,以及发病的年龄分布与临床治疗表现。

2.1比较两组患儿护理干预效果
两组患儿护理效果比较,对照组显效20例、有效30例、无效20例,总有效率64.94%;预防组显效30例、25例有效、3例无效,总有效率94.83%,差异比较,存在统计学意义P<0.05。

2.2不同时间组手足口病的流行病年龄分布情况比较
两组患儿主要是在0-6岁患病,其中预防组0-3岁患儿发病率低于对照组,差异明显有意义(p<0.05);不同时间患儿病发程度与症状不存在差异,无意义(p>0.05)(表2);

手足口疾病潜伏期后患儿常表现为发热、口痛、疱疹等疾病,重症患儿则出现脑炎、肺水肿、脑膜炎等并发症,仅采取药物治疗无法达到预期效果[3],将有效的护理干预手段应用到手足口疾病患儿中,可降低交叉感染事件发生率,提升干预效果,降低患儿风险事件发生率。
比较两组患儿护理干预效果,对照组总有效率64.94%;预防组总有效率94.83%,差异比较,存在统计学意义P<0.05。不同时间组手足口病的流行病临床表现比较,采取预防措施后,手足口病患儿的流行病临床预防情况,预防组明显少于对照组,差异显著有意义(p<0.05)。
综上,在儿科门诊手足口病交叉感染患儿中,采取预防护理,可提升患儿干预效果,值得临床应用推广。
