[摘 要]目的 探究临床路径护理在阴道炎患者中的应用效果。方法 研究对象为本院2020年1月~2020年12月期间诊治阴道炎患者86例,随机将其分为甲、乙两组,甲组43例(常规护理),乙组43例(临床护理路径),比较不同护理模式对患者的影响。结果 乙组护理满意度(95.35%)高于甲组(81.40%),具有差异性(P<0.05);乙组健康知识掌握情况明显优于甲组(P<0.05)。 结论 在阴道炎护理中实施临床路径护理,护理效果显著。

前言:阴道炎是一种女性常见疾病,其是由各类病原体感染所导致的引导炎症反应,患者一般表现出阴道瘙痒、阴道出血、性交痛、阴道分泌物异常变化等症状,影响患者的正常生活[1]。临床主要采用抗生素药物治疗来改善患者不适症状,减轻疾病对患者的影响,为了提高治疗效果,促进患者康复,还应加强护理干预,来提高患者生活质量。本文将对我院阴道炎患者予以分组研究,分析临床护理路径对患者的影响
1资料与方法
1.1一般资料
选取2020年1月~2020年12月期间,我院诊治86例宫颈炎患者,随机将其分为甲、乙两组,每组43例。其中甲组,年龄在20~45岁,平均为(33.12±3.75)岁。乙组,年龄在21~46岁,平均(33.34±3.53)岁。对比两组基本资料,均衡可比(P>0.05)。
1.2方法
甲组采用常规护理,对患者开展健康教育,告知患者病因、治疗方法、注意事项等相关知识,增加患者对疾病的了解,对出现紧张、焦虑情绪的患者予以心理疏导,规范患者生活习惯等。
乙组予以临床路径护理,护理实施过程如下:
(1)成立临床护理小组:由护士、责任护士、护士长等组成护理小组,小组成员将整理患者的个人资料,了解患者的护理需求,小组成员将共同参与讨论,制定临床护理路径,确定护理内容。
(2)职业培训:护士长将定期组织护理人员进行培训,让护理人员了解护理路径内容,熟练掌握临床路径实施流程,增强护理人员的专业能力,以应对护理过程中的各种问题,并设置考核,以保障培训效果。
(3)护理实施:护理人员将临床路径护理表发放给患者,按照护理流程实施护理干预,对患者进行入院指导,协助患者进行身体检查,遵照医嘱对患者予以药物治疗,指导患者健康饮食和运动训练,开展健康教育,出院前指导患者自我护理知识,加强个人卫生防护。
1.3观察指标
(1)护理满意度:为两组分发护理满意度调查问卷,问卷为百分制,分为满意(≥80分)、基本满意(60-79分)、不满意(<60分)三个评估标准。
(2)健康知识掌握情况:自制健康知识水平调查表,其分为阴道炎病因、治疗方法、日常护理方法、注意事项等四个方面,每方面分值范围为0-100分,分值同健康知识掌握程度成正比。
1.4统计学处理
统计学 SPSS24.0软件,计量资料(±s)、t检验,计数资料%、X2检验,P<0.05,说明差异有统计学意义。
2结果
2.1护理满意度
乙组护理满意度(95.35%)高于甲组(81.40%),具有差异性(P<0.05),如表2所示。

阴道炎的病因复杂多样,假丝酵母菌、阴道毛滴虫、厌氧菌等入侵感染导致患病,同时性生活过度活跃、不注重个人卫生、身体免疫力低等也会增大患病风险,应予以日常预防。阴道炎的发病位置特殊,许多女性羞于就医,使得疾病未得到及时有效治疗,而引发尿路感染、宫颈炎、盆腔炎等并发症,严重时还将导致不孕,对患者的身体健康造成严重损害。医生将依据患者病原体类型和病情严重确定治疗方法,提高治疗有效性,为了避免疾病的复发,还将结合相应的护理措施来增强患者的自我护理能力,纠正患者的不健康行为。临床路径护理作为一种新型护理模式,其让护理变得更具有科学性、规范性、组织性,护理人员依照护理路径为患者提供护理护理服务,有效减少了护理遗漏以及护理差错,让护理有条不紊的进行,提高了护理效率,同时护理变得更为明确,有效提高护理质量[2-3]。在本次研究中对我院阴道炎患者予以分组护理,乙组护理满意度和健康知识掌握情况均优于甲组(P<0.05),反映了临床路径护理对患者治疗的积极影响。
综上所述,对阴道炎患者采取临床路径护理,可以提高患者对健康知识的了解,提升护理满意度,临床推广应用价值高。
