In the beginning, the business scope of H2 only covers overseas students in the United States. However, the future of H2 is to cover the world and provide consultation for students in need of help under various education modes, whether in study or life or even any other difficulties.

Although the business scope can be extensive, the main focus of the business is improving the academic problems encountered by international students.
For customers, the business is basically summarized as follows:
Before providing any services, customers will be surveyed and examined both quantitatively and qualitatively. The quantitative examination is mostly current GPA, and quantitative testing could be interviews about difficulties during the learning process as well as daily life. A comprehensive analysis of customers will help us understand the advantages and disadvantages of the customers, and we can use this information to provided appropriate services. According to our reports, we will design an individual study plan for each client. For exampling, if the significant weakness of a client is writing, we will proposal one-on-one online tutoring in formal writing.
Then, we will submit the learning plan to customers. If the client satisfies the course plan, we will confirm the program and ask clients to sign the contract. If the scheme is not approved, we will collect suggestions and expectations to change the plan until satisfactory.
After the plan is set, we will schedule classes that follow the plan. Since the courses are taught online, we will schedule class time according to both customers' and teachers' availability. The class schedule is flexible and could be rearranged easily.
Lastly, at the end of the service, we will re-assess and interview the customers to see if the services provided were practical or helpful. If not, we will design a new study plan and offer free trial classes for the new plan to try to retain the customer.
