        The study and development of students is an important part of the cultivation of university talents. This paper takes the construction of the educational model system of Tsinghua University and Xi an jiao tong -liverpool University in the study and development of students as a case study, analyzes its educational model, and explores the construction of the educational model system of private schools under the background of international reform.
        1.Exploration of Education Model of Tsinghua University
        Tsinghua University took the lead in setting up special institutions to provide guidance for students in 2009. At present, the school has built a student-centered learning and development guidance system, to provide personalized guidance and support for students, to explore new ideas and new ways of educating people according to their aptitude.
        (1).Deepening the concept of educating people and supporting students’ personality development by relying on professional institutions
        Based on the concept of “people-oriented, respect for the development of students’ personality “, Tsinghua University set up a guidance center for students’ learning and development (referred to as learning development center). With the aim of “providing professional guidance, consultation and support services for the study and development of all Chinese and foreign students, improving students’ sense of learning efficacy and serving students’ growth and success “, the Center integrates all kinds of learning guidance and development support resources through the development of learning development guidance courses, introduction of learning development guidance and training programs, drawing on the experience of the world-class university student learning and guidance institutions, and constructs a professional guidance service system for students’ learning and development with Chinese characteristics, and at the same time disseminates the voice of Chinese higher education learning and development guidance to the world. At present, the center has formed quality projects, including courses, one-to-one consultation, answering workshops, lectures, workshops, small class tutoring, writing assistants, small partner programs, quantitative clubs and so on, to effectively support the all-round and full development of students and help the school to train talents.
        (2).Innovating the educational mechanism and constructing a guiding system for learning and development with Chinese characteristics
        From the aspects of organizational structure design, team building and service system construction, Tsinghua University puts forward innovative education mechanism and constructs a guiding system of university learning and development in line with Chinese local culture.
        ①Rely on the organizational system and team building to provide sustainable development organizational support for the work.
        ②According to the characteristics of different student groups, the constructs the guidance system of full coverage learning development.
        2.Exploring the Education Model of Xi an jiao tong -liverpool University
        In the course of running a school in the past ten years, Xi an jiao tong- Liverpool University has always taken Lide as the foothold, insisted on “taking students as the center “, and took promoting the healthy growth of students as the foundation of education.In order to help students  better adapt to the international environment of the University of Liverpool, the Office of Student Affairs of the University of Liverpool established the “growth Consulting Center” in September 2016(English name Student Development Advising Centre). Based on the personal growth of students, the SDAC integrates all aspects of school resources, provides multi-channel consultation and guidance services, in order to provide more effective support for students and promote students to achieve self-growth. The original intention of its establishment is to better coordinate school resources and provide relevant support and guidance for students under the special educational ecology of Xipu.
        (1)The Education Concept of the Student Growth Advisory Centre of the University of Liverpool
        The University of Liverpool inherits the essence of Chinese and English education and helps students grow into a true citizen of the world with the knowledge, skills, abilities, qualities and resilience needed to cope with the increasingly competitive and rapidly changing environment. After innovative exploration, Xipu has initially formed a unique “five-star” education model, dedicated to helping students in the university to achieve “three changes “.
        (2)The “five-star” education model in Xipu is dedicated to helping students achieve “three changes “.
        (3)The objective of the student growth consultant at the University of Liverpool.From the perspective of consultants, Xipu students experience the process of “three transformations “, from children to young adults to world citizens, from passive learning to active learning to research-oriented learning, from blind learning to interest-oriented to life planning.
        (4)The Student Development Consultant at the University of Liverpool provides students with support for cultural integration, platform building and resource integration.
        3. Construction of the Education Model System for Private Schools
        (1) Construction of a Student-centered Education System
        Private schools need to break through the institutional and institutional obstacles that restrict the quality of talent training, effectively apply school resources to serve the growth and needs of students, and establish a “student-centered” talent education system. So that talent training mechanism innovation to achieve implicit development.
        With a clear strategic positioning, the key to organizational vision and mission realization is how to implement core business into daily practice. If the concept and positioning are not landed in the specific business and practice, resulting in empty slogans and can not land the dilemma. In order to achieve the concept of landing and sustainability, we need to put forward a system business model in line with the concept and strategic positioning.
       (2)How to construct a student-centered education system
        ①the guiding ideology of constructing the education system of private schools: we should take the goal of training talents as the guidance, base on the orientation of the school, and take “three full education “(cooperative education, full education, whole education) as the education strategy to construct the education system suitable for our own school.
        ②build the core literacy system of private schools
        ③build the educational ability system of private schools
        ④Strategy of Building Education System in Private Schools
        Take the student as the center, constructs the “three full education” system strategy. The strategy of “three full education” system is a direct means to help students acquire knowledge, cultivate ability and edify accomplishment. This system takes the student as the center to construct the “three full education” construction implementation plan, the college each department is the system builder, through constructs the entire staff, the entire process and the omnidirectional education system to stimulate the student internal drive.The strategy of “three full education” system is student-centered, results-oriented, based on the concept of continuous improvement from the whole staff, the whole process, all-round, coordinated cooperation to build a three-dimensional education model.Through the college student service departments as a whole cooperation and cooperation to educate people.This kind of organization system design and work practice break the pattern of talent training of traditional educational         administration department and student work department in colleges and universities, and promote the coordinated development of the first classroom and the second classroom.
        Abandon the “isolated island” talent training system, carry forward the “integration” type, collaborative education training system.The three core elements of the model, the top layer is clear and specific talent training goals, the middle is to achieve the goal of education and the flow of people and comprehensive education strategy, the lower layer is the support system to ensure the realization of the goal.
        Each student service department of the college achieves the common goal of educating people, and constructs the support system of the administrative department of the “three full education” department.
        As a supplement and extension of the first class, each department of the college achieves the common goal of educating people, carries on the stratification, the stage training to the student, enhances the student’s comprehensive quality, constructs the “three full education” department support system.
        ⑤ Construction of Education Support System for Private Schools
        The construction of private school education support system is the cornerstone of achieving the benign integration between the first classroom and the “second to fourth classroom” talent training model, and forming a joint effort with the department to achieve the common goal of collaborative education. It is also the organizational guarantee of sustainable development of various work. As the environmental atmosphere and service system to ensure the realization of the goal of educating people, the education support system allows students to learn from passive learning to active learning, from blind learning to interest-oriented to life planning.

        Follow the student-oriented principle, according to the purpose of serving students, build student learning support and service platform. In order to help students develop in an all-round way, we can draw lessons from the peer mentor program of Tsinghua University, the four-in-one tutor project of Liverpool University, which integrates resources to build a trinity of mentor service support system: internal tutor (student learning and growth consultant), external tutor, school friend tutor (peer volunteer). The tutor service support system can use the combination of hiring and training to establish a full-time mentor, part-time mentor, school friend mentor (peer volunteer) and other division of work team, forming a full-time mentor in the school as the core, Learning friend mentor (peer volunteer) as the main body, outside school mentor, part-time mentor as the support of the guidance service team organizational structure and work model.
