游戏在幼儿教育中的重要性及应用策略分析

        摘要:幼儿是祖国未来的花朵,对幼儿的教育直接关系到祖国未来的发展,所以学校应该注重幼儿的教育方法和策略,让孩子可以在教育中快乐的成长。本文是在寓教于乐的教育理念基础上,分析探究了游戏在幼儿教育中的重要性,并提出了游戏教学的几点应用策略。

幼儿教育是人类受教育过程中的开始阶段,这个时期的教育对幼儿的成长发育来说有着至关重的作用。幼儿园的学生对外面的世界都充满了好奇心,又因为这是幼儿首次步入学校接受正规的体系教育,所以说幼儿园教育对幼儿的性格培养和习惯养有着关键词的作用。教师在教育的过程中应该尊重孩子爱玩的天性,基于寓教于乐的理念,积极探索新颖的游戏教学方式,进而让孩子们可以在游戏的过程中享受到接受教育的乐趣,从而促进幼儿的全面健康方展。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    
一、游戏在幼儿教育中的重要性                    
(一)游戏教学有助于幼儿性格特点的培养

(二)游戏教学可以增强幼儿对社会的认知
幼儿时期的培养不提倡灌注太多的理论知识,课堂的教学模式只会过早的固化孩子的思维,还会令孩子失去了上学的兴趣。而游戏教学的方式不仅符合“寓教于乐”的教学理念,而且通过游戏的方式对生活中的一些常识进行模拟教学,不仅能够吸引幼儿的学习兴趣,使更多的孩子都可以参与到游戏中来,还能增强孩子对生活常识的了解,帮助孩子提高对社会生活的认知。
二、游戏在幼儿教育中的应用策略
(一)创设良好的游戏情境
想要利用游戏化策略进行幼儿教育,首先,教师要为学生创造一个安全、舒适、宽松、自由的环境,在这样的环境中幼儿才会更加大胆的投入到游戏当中,参与游戏活动的积极性和创造性才能够被充分地发挥出来。在游戏教学过程当中教师一定要站在幼儿的立场上考虑问题,多和幼儿进行交流和沟通,这样才能够对幼儿的兴趣和特点进行把握,更好地引导幼儿进行游戏,并使其通过游戏学习到更多的知识。比如说教师可以通过艺术品,学生熟悉的图片、绘本中的故事背景以及卡通人物形象来为学生创建生活化的游戏情境,使学生能够在充满童真的游戏情境下,主动的参与到游戏中去,并获得良好的游戏体验。教师一定要明白游戏活动当中幼儿的主题位置,对幼儿不要过于约束和管教,要将自己和幼儿放在平等的位置上,充分的尊重每一个幼儿,要给幼儿留下充足的想象空间,满足幼儿对于游戏的需求。幼儿园的学生也会存在一定的差异性,因此游戏情境的创设一定要多元化,只有这样才能使每个幼儿都能够在游戏当中有所收获。
(二)游戏内容的设置要具有趣味性
幼儿园开展教学活动的主要目的是为了能够帮助幼儿对身边的事物更好的进行认知,促进幼儿的全面发展。但是很多幼儿园教师在教学过程中却存在着“一言堂”的现象,而这样的教育方式是不符合这一阶段幼儿的心理活动规律的,会导致幼儿逐渐丧失学习的积极性,对其长远发展会造成不好的影响。而通过将游戏融入到幼儿教育中,符合幼儿园阶段学生的认知规律和心理特征,幼儿对于游戏的兴趣一般都是非常高的,因而也愿意投入到教师设计的游戏中去,并在游戏的过程中,学习到更多的知识,增长自身的技能。幼儿园的孩子因为自身年龄较小,因此容易受到外界的影响,注意力难以长时间集中在一件事物上,所以教师在进行游戏内容的设置时一定要具有趣味性,要根据幼儿的喜好和性格特征来进行设置,并利用现代化的信息化技术为幼儿开展多元化的游戏,使幼儿的注意力能够较长时间的集中在游戏当中,并通过参加游戏获得更多的知识技能。此外,教师在进行游戏内容的选择时一定要尽量的贴近幼儿的生活,这样幼儿在接受起来也会更加的容易。
比如说教师可以利用水果玩具组织幼儿展开“水果切切切”的活动,先拿出切水果的玩具问幼儿们:“你们都喜欢吃什么水果呢?”,“香蕉?苹果?弥胡桃。”,幼儿们给出的答案都有所不同。然后将水果玩具分发给每一位学生,让幼儿玩耍了一会儿之后随机选择了几位幼儿进行下一步提问:“你们手里的水果都是什么呢?都有什么营养成分?对人体有什么好处呢?”,这时候幼儿就会积极的进行回答,虽然幼儿回答的并不够完整,但是教师也要给与幼儿肯定和赞赏。之后教师再通过多媒体设备向学生讲述水果特点、营养成分和对人体的好处,在 “水果切切切”的游戏当中,幼儿不但玩的很尽兴,还主动的学习到了很多关于水果的知识,真正的实现了“寓乐与教”。
(三)对游戏区域进行合理的规划
游戏区是幼儿园学生游戏活动的主要区域,游戏区如果规划的很合理的话就可以增加幼儿园对幼儿的吸引力,幼儿也就不会对幼儿园和学习存在抵触情绪,对幼儿的成长和学习也是非常有利的。幼儿园的游戏区在设计的时候一定要能够符合幼儿的天性,游戏区域的设置要具有一定的趣味性,比如说可以设计各种各样的卡通动形象,以此来激发出幼儿的想象能力和创造能力,玩具的类型也要尽量的多样化,以此来满足学生的游戏需求。此外,在进行游戏区域的设计时,还要注重安全性,确保幼儿在游戏区域活动时人身安全。

三、改进与思考
现阶段很多幼儿园也已经逐渐的意识到了游戏在幼儿教育中的重要性,也根据所在班级幼儿的具体情况和兴趣爱好进行了游戏化教学的设置,但是很多教师并没有将自身在游戏教育中的引导性作用很好的表现出来,导致幼儿园的游戏只是一种没有计划性和目的性的活动,对于学生并没有起到很好的教育意义,因此说在游戏计划制定以及对幼儿的引导上,教师还是有一定改进空间的。
结语
总之,游戏化教学法对于幼儿的身心发展有着重要的意义,可最大程度的激发出幼儿的学习和探索欲望,使幼儿在一个轻松、愉悦、自由的环境中就轻松学习到更多的知识。因此每一个幼儿园教师都应该通过不断的实践和总结,找出最适合幼儿心理特征的游戏教育方法,促进幼儿园学生的全面发展。
