摘要:当前我国水利工程蓬勃发展,诸多水工建筑物应运而生,为确保水工建筑物安全可靠地发挥其既定功能,还需通过对其技术状况等方面进行检测评估,实时控制工程质量。本文以渠系建筑物中的圆管涵为例,系统探讨渠系建筑物技术状况评估分析内容。

1 工程概况
某渠系建筑物为圆管涵,其结构段总长为29.2m,总宽为6.08m,该圆管涵共设3孔,每孔圆管涵由3片圆管管节拼接而成,每片管节长2m,管壁厚0.12m,内径为1.45m。该圆管涵设计及竣工资料缺失,设计荷载不明,由于施工需要,重型车辆(钢筋运输车)拟通过圆管涵路段进入施工场地,为保证圆管涵及通行车辆的安全,通过对圆管涵进行现场检测、承载能力验算,评估其能否满足载重钢筋车辆的安全使用要求。
2 检测评估内容
圆管涵结构尺寸量测、钢筋保护层厚度检测、结构混凝土抗压强度检测、承载能力(强度、裂缝宽度等)检算。
3 构件编号规则
该圆管涵偏南北走向,结构及构件编号总体按照由北向南、自东向西原则进行编号,结构及构件编号示意见图1。

4 材质状况及状态参数检测
4.1 圆管涵结构尺寸量测
1. 纵向布置:该水工建筑物的结构段长度为29.2m。
2. 横向布置:横向总宽为6.08m,横向布置为:0.19m(栏杆)+5.70m(行车道)+0.19m(栏杆)=6.08m(全宽)。
3. 每孔圆管涵布置:内径1.45m,管壁厚0.12m,上覆土层厚0.57m。
4. 铺装层:混凝土铺装厚18cm。
5. 栏杆:采用铁质栏杆,高1.10m、基座宽0.19m。

4.2 钢筋保护层厚度检测
本次随机抽检6个构件,共120个测点进行钢筋保护层厚度现场检测,由于该圆管涵设计、竣工资料已遗失,结合现场局部剔凿结果验证,检测结果见表1,所检的钢筋保护层厚度最小为25.2mm,满足钢筋混凝土圆管涵最小混凝土保护层厚度在Ⅰ类环境下为20mm的规范要求。

4.3 混凝土抗压强度检测
本次随机抽检6个构件,共60个测区进行回弹法抗压强度现场检测,检测结果见表2,所检管节的混凝土强度推定值最小为36.2MPa,满足钢筋混凝土圆管涵的混凝土强度等级不应低于C20的规范要求。

备注:《回弹法检测混凝土抗压强度技术规程》JGJ/T 23-2011的适用范围为龄期14~1000天的混凝土,本桥涵建造年代较久,远超规范适用范围,故上述构件回弹强度推定值供参考。
5 圆管涵承载能力验算
5.1 检算依据
根据设计规范,按承载能力极限状态进行圆管涵设计时可采用表达式:
圆管涵洞身上部计算
1)混凝土圆管涵的设计可仅考虑车辆荷载、圆管涵自重和填土产生的等效荷载的作用组合,管壁环向压力和径向剪力可不计算,仅考虑弯矩作用效应。
2)车辆荷载和填土在截面上的弯矩作用效应M可按下式计算:

4)混凝土圆管涵结构按《公路钢筋混凝土及预应力混凝土桥涵设计规范》JTG D62-2004的规定进行承载能力极限状态的承载能力(强度)和正常使用极限状态下的裂缝宽度验算。

6 结论
该渠系建筑物技术状况经检测评估分析得出:圆管涵结构尺寸量测结果符合要求;所检的钢筋保护层厚度满足在Ⅰ类环境下最小20mm的规定;混凝土强度推定值满足混凝土强度等级不应低于C20的规定;圆管涵结构承载能力极限状态的强度检算结果和正常使用极限状态下的裂缝宽度检算结果均满足要求。
