        目的 对一种源自中医典籍的防瘟治疫方法,口含蒜泥式呼吸法(简称蒜泥法)与大补肝汤联用,的新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)社区传播的干预防治效果进行验证评估试验,旨在为新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的防控提供更多措施。方法 在武汉市随机选定的武昌区杨园街二桥社区逸居苑小区,按照自愿原则随机选择100名志愿者,连续给予14天的蒜泥法干预措施,同时给服中药大补肝汤,记录受干预者的健康状况。结果:自2020年2月23日到干预措施结束,接受干预的100名志愿者全部健康,未出现确认或疑似病例,环境对照的发病率则一直保持在0.70%以上。逸居苑小区的新发病例数由干预前的10-15例迅速下降为8例以下。相比之下,未采取类似干预措施的邻近社区的新发病例数则无明显变化。????结论:蒜泥法与大补肝汤联用对于控制COVID-19的社区传播有效,适用于保护健康人群不被感染,阻止COVID-19在社区的传播扩散。??????

A Trial in Inhaling the Taste formed by Crushed Fresh Garlic Combined with Da Bu Gan Tang to Prevent the Adults Living in Wuhan from the Infection of SARS-CoV-2

Abstract:
        Objective Trial in a method originated from Traditional Chinese Medicine, Inhaling the Taste formed by Crushed Fresh Garlic (ITCFG) combined with Da Bu Gan Tang to prevent the adults living in Wuhan from the infection of SARS-CoV-2. Validating and evaluating the intervention effects of it to prevent community communication. Validating and evaluating the intervention effects of it to prevent the community transmission of SARS-CoV-2 in order to provide additional measures for the prevention and control of COVID-19. Methods In randomly selected communities in Wuhan, Yijuyuan Community of Yangyuan Street in Wuchang District, 100 volunteers were randomly selected, and ITCFG intervention measures were given for 14 consecutive days, while take the traditional Chinese medicine Da Bu Gan Tang, the health status of the recipients were recorded. Results: From February 23, 2020 to the end of the intervention, the 100 volunteers who received the intervention were all healthy, with no confirmed or suspected cases. The incidence of environmental controls has remained above 0.70%. The number of new cases in Yijuyuan Community decreased rapidly from 10-15 cases before to below 8 cases. In contrast, there was no significant change in the number of new cases in neighboring communities that did not take similar interventions. Conclusion ITCFG combined with Da Bu Gan Tang is effective for controlling community transmission of COVID-19, and is suitable for protecting healthy people from being infected and preventing the spread of COVID-19 in the community.??????

        这是一个非常有意义的试验结果!它强烈地暗示我们,蒜泥法与大补肝汤联用的主动干预措施,不仅原理上讲得通,而且经武汉社区抗疫一线的病毒感染、疫情扩散防控实践检验确有其效,值得重视和认真对待。
        新冠病毒肺炎,跟流感等大多数病毒性传染病类似,属可不治自愈的自限性疾病。只要能够设法把被病毒感染后的发病状况控制在大家普遍能够抗得过去的水平上,不使其转成重症、危重症,就可最大限度地降低病死率,使新冠病毒感染变成一种非致命性的疾病,使病毒变得可与人类长期共生。从这个意义上讲,蒜泥法与大补肝汤联用不失为理想的辅助工具。当开始打第一个喷嚏,干咳、乏力、浑身酸痛等不适感觉刚刚开始出现的时候,即中医所谓“外感毒邪、瘟病初起、病在腠理”之际,即用蒜泥法与大补肝汤联用进行干预,可使被干预者的受感染几率降到零,从而有效阻止病毒的社区传播。
        大蒜辣素的挥发性使得它特别适用于抵御呼吸系统传播的病毒性传染病。无论是SARS-CoV-1、MERS-CoV、SARS-CoV-2,还是今后有可能出现的各种变种、亚型,抑或是其他别的什么,自然产生的或是采用基因技术人工制造的,新病毒,只要其仍具有依靠巯基依赖性酶系维持其自身复制的属性,均无法逃脱被大蒜辣素灭除的命运。
        蒜泥法因所用材料为食材,安全性有保障且资源充足、廉价易得,操作方法又易学易会、简便易行,理应作为一种防治新冠病毒感染、防止国外疫情倒灌、国内疫情因复学而出现反复乃至疫情再次爆发的有利武器通过大众媒体进行全民普及、全国推广。
        为确认蒜泥法与大补肝汤联用预防干预措施的有效性,建议有关部门,针对新冠病毒抗体是否阳性这一指标,对受试者们进行追踪检测。如发现其中已有相当数量的阳性人群,则可证明蒜泥法与大补肝汤联用不仅可以预防,而且还有治疗作用!采用干预措施的这部分人群中有人曾被感染过并已痊愈、已获得免疫能力、再也不会被新冠病毒感染了。
        在此基础上,建议国家有关部门在本试验结果的基础上,布置安排规模更大、更加严谨、严格和缜密的评估论证,对蒜泥法究竟是否必须与大补肝汤联用、单独使用是否同样有效等问题做出科学的实事求是的评价。
